We deliver our products worldwide with UPS or DHL shipping carriers using standart delivery.

Production time:

• 100 - 500 items – up to 5 working days
• 501 - 3000 items – up to 10 working days
• 3001 - 10000 items – up to 15 working days
• 10000+ items - over 15 working days

PRPuzzles is not responsible for:

• Any mistakes or delays made by UPS, DHL or any other courier
• Any mistakes made by customers when entering their delivery address

Discrepancies

Any issues in the final work delivered to you must be reported to PRPuzzles within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipments outside of the European Union may incur customs fees and/or GST depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The end customer is responsible for these fees. Any/all fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

We only accept payments using Stripe payment provider to process all online transactions. Stripe payment provider accepts MasterCard ,Visa, ApplePay .

All credit/debit card details are collected directly by Stripe.

We do not receive or have access to these details.
